We help you work better together.
Kaqi supports you as you drive transformation and mobilisation, taking into account everything that is rational, and everything that is less so.
70% of transformation projects fail?
Most of the time, it is not technology or budget that falls short. Matrix organisations, cross-functional management, mergers, cultural legacies: this is where projects stall, or take off.
Human factors are not the weak link. They are the key ingredients of your success.
